Make sure you check each file carefully to make sure all information on your project is correct

because there are no refunds after a print job has been received.

What you need to know to start

• If you are sending more than one file, it is best to put it in a folder and zip it otherwise you will have to load one file at a time.

• Accepted formats for artwork: .jpg, .tiff, .eps, .pdf, .sitx and .zip formats.

• Accepted formats for music: .mp3, .zip, .sitx.

• Files should be 300 DPI resolution

• Convert files to CMYK mode

Someone from Customer Service will respond to you via e-mail to confirm receipt of your job files.
