What you need to know to start

• If you are sending more than one file, it is best to put it in a folder and zip it otherwise you will have to load one file at a time.

• Accepted formats for artwork: .jpg, .psd, .tiff, .eps, .pdf, .sit (or .sitx) and .zip formats.

• Accepted formats for music: .mp3, .wav, .zip, .sit (or .sitx).

• Files should be 300 DPI resolution

• Convert files to CMYK mode

• File names should be no more than 20 characters with no spaces or special characters.
